For her gift this year I got her grandmothers wedding ring from her grandfather, had it cleaned and sized and am giving her that (it’s a platinum claddaugh ring with a blue diamond for the crown – she’s wanted it since she was a kid, and every time we see her grandfather it’s all she talks about). You think that’ll work? It doesn’t make me seem cheap right, since I didn’t but it?

this ring matches my ring he gave me. hes a size 7.5 its hard to find mens rings in his size. I know i can always get it sized but these appear to be good deals and unisex rings (even though they r classified as womens rings.) What do you think?

The second one is my favorite. Keep in mind that rings where the diamonds go all the way around cannot really be sized without completely taking apart the ring or taking the diamonds out and putting them in a different band so its essential to get the right size the first time. I couldn’t tell if the diamonds went all the way around or just partially – if they only go around partially, it can be sized, but its just a little difficult. They will have to re-set the diamonds. Hope this helps! I think you made a great choice, and I wouldn’t worry about them matching perfectly. No one will really be able to tell and he will like the manly style better

Can you help me find a 1980s engagement ring from H Samuels? I need to get a copy made but we’ve no pictures!

My Mum’s engagement ring was stolen a few years ago and Dad wants to get a copy made for their 25th wedding anniversary so we need a clear picture, & I wondered if anyone had the same ring or knew someone who has. It was bought in 1982 from H Samuels and was gold with a single diamond and 2 (I think) heart shapes cut out of each ‘shoulder’. Thank you for your help!
